Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• In-stock products are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, shown before payment is completed.
• Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available for select Glamistry Luxe Extensions products. Please text (480) 878-0900 before placing your order to confirm that your desired collection, texture and length are in stock. Pickup is by appointment only and subject to inventory availability.

Returns

• Eligible unused and unopened hair products may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition with original packaging and security seals intact.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is incorrect or defective.
• Custom orders are final sale where permitted by law.

Incorrect or damaged items

Please contact Everything Glam within 48 hours of delivery when possible to report incorrect or damaged merchandise at DG@everythingglam.net.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the product has been inspected. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
